In Love with Tree Skirts!

It's started. Parking lots are transforming into Christmas tree lots, and you pass cars on the road with a prickly green visitor tied to the top. Whether you're on team live tree or artificial all the way, what every tree needs is a great tree skirt. 

We've compiled some of our favorites on our Holiday Quilting Projects board. Sure, it may not be a project you finish for this year, but what's one more UFO?!

December comes early: Holiday Editions

It's official! The radio stations have started playing Christmas music. Thanksgiving may be next week, but it appears the holidays have begun. Cue up Jingle Bells; this week we'll be sharing our holiday lines.

Holiday Editions is all about classic Christmas, sprinkled with metallic gold. Decadent ornament and poinsettia prints, a vintage Merry Christmas print, and rich tonal coordinates. 

And then, our favorite from the collection, this border print:

Home for the Holidays Blog Hop

We're excited to be sharing holiday-themed tutorials with you over the next two weeks, all using our seasonal fabrics! 

Pour yourself a mug of hot cocoa and turn on the carols to get yourself in the mood...maybe even use that snow spray on your windows?! Then, sit back, relax and get inspired with some fantastic (and quick!) holiday projects.

Home for the Holidays: Holiday Editions fabrics

The Christmas carols have been playing on the radio 24-7 since Friday morning...it's officially the holiday season! This week we'll be showcasing our holiday collections, and then starting next week we'll be sharing some quick and easy decor tutorials.

First up is the Holiday Editions collection: 

Poinsettias, pinecones and ivy in rich reds, greens and creams embellished with metallic gold details for a little extra sparkle!

With back-to-school behind us, stores are filled with Halloween candy, turkey table toppers, and Christmas trees. We say, if you can't ignore them, join them! Get a head start on your holiday sewing now, and relax when December rolls around.

American Patchwork & Quilting recently published Christmas Quilts and More, chock full of fabric-related holiday ideas for decorating and gift giving. One of the projects they featured was this clever notebook cover designed by Jennifer Paganelli. The gold and red fabrics used on the second cover are from our Holiday Editions fabric line.
