QuiltCon was packed so many quilts to see (we showed you the quilts in our booth here), but modern fabrics are fantastic for sewing projects as well, and today we'll be showing you some of our favorites.
Our friends from Indygo Junction, another Kansas City-based company, shared our QuiltCon booth. We love seeing our fabrics made into clothing, accessories, and dimensional home decor!
Check out the sweet Moon Rabbit print Slumber Party PJs on the right. They go beautifully with Jacquie Gering's quilted wall art just to the left.
It's like walking into a clothing boutique!
The Essentials Shift Dress looks cool and casual made up in Simone Bradford's On Your Mark fabric:
Moon Rabbit prints show up beautifully in the Faceted Sphere, Navette Needlecase and Origami Pouch.
Stunning Centerpiece Stars made in Painter's Palette Solids and Walkabout II. Fabriflair Stabilizer comes with a free pattern to make the ornament at right!
It's not just adults--these girls were fascinated by dimensional fabric art!
Here's On Your Mark designer Simone Bradford modeling a top made using her fabric (see the Mad Money bag on the mannequin made from the same clamshell fabric!)
Our own Deena White and Amy Barickman of Indygo Junction, modeling batik fashion and Mad Money Bags
