Move over, indulgences; hello, fruits and veggies!

The holidays are over, and we probably all overindulged a little too much--cookies, appetizers at parties, big family dinners...

January is a month of resolutions and good intentions. After all the holiday eating, that usually means a shift toward more fruits and veggies. But it doesn't have to be a painful switch--check out these truly appealing healthy foods (on fabric)!

    Curry Chicken Salad Recipe From Linda Bick

    2 or 3 Cups chopped cooked white meat chicken or you can substitute turkey
    1 Cup white seedless grapes halved
    1 Cup chopped celery
    1/2 Cup sliced green onions
    1/2 Cup cashews or toasted almonds
    1/2 Cup Mayonnaise mixed with 1 Tablespoon curry (or more to taste)
    thin with milk. Combine all together and either mix or put on top of romaine lettuce.

    Note : I double the recipe for the party...... Enjoy!
